Two children have allegedly been sexually assaulted in Kahuta and Jatli areas in Pakistan, says police reports.

In the first incident, the police was informed by the victim’s father that his son, a fourth grade student, left his house to go buy something, but he never reached the shop. The father later found his son with the suspect, sexually assaulting the child, who subsequently left the scene on his motorcycle. According to the police, the accused has been arrested.

In another incident, a child was sexually assaulted by two people. According to the father of the victim, the victim had returned home, screaming, after offering Maghrib prayer. The child revealed to his father that he was sexually assaulted by two persons. The accused persons are still at large.

In the meantime, an awareness campaign, ‘Pukar Project’ was launched to campaign for the protection of children’s rights.
