Mr. Ahmad documents coordinated mob attacks across multiple districts, including the destruction of mosques, arson of over 200 homes, widespread looting, severe injuries, and the death of a 16-year-old victim months after the attacks.
The statement also raises concern over the 8 November 2025 Khatme-Nabuwwat conference, where speakers demanded that Ahmadis be declared non-Muslim and threatened further action, contradicting Bangladesh’s Constitution and its international human rights obligations.
This call urges immediate action to ensure accountability and the upholding of freedom of religion or belief in Bangladesh.
